2We realize orders in the time span of 7 to 14 working days from the moment of confirmation of receiving the order. Sometimes realization time may be different if agreed with the worker of PIK Knitting Company. In special cases PIK Knitting Company is reserving the right to change the realization time.

4PIK Knitting Company is handling complaints of the faulty product in the time span of up to 30 days from dellivery date. Product that is said to be faulty is being taken back only when it is in its unaffected form with our designations. Product cannot have any signs of use, alterations or embroidery and printed design. To avoid unneccessary problems please check the products shortly after they are delivered.
5Payment is made on the basis of the invoice that has been issued by PIK Knitting Company. Payment has to be done in cash or into the bank account. Time limit is specified during the confirmation of receiving the order.
6Companies that start cooperation with PIK Knitting Company are obliged to pay 20% of the payment for they order on the day the order (in written form) is made and they should also send by mail or fax the confirmation that the payment has been done.
7Payment for orders which amount is less than 2 500, 00 PLN (net) may be done only in cash and on the day of the delivery and receiving the invoice.
8PIK Knitting Company is not producing and delivering products to clients who did not pay for they previous orders.
9ATTENTION !!! All the overdue payments for PIK Knitting Company are immediately delegated to the debt collector's office.
10All the products are owned by the PIK Knitting Company until the are fully paid for.
